Pub comes to life at night with outdoor lighting

After an extensive refurbishment, The Kirkfield Hotel in Newton-le-Willows has recently reopened its doors. This elegant, historic building is the new go-to place for an array of occasions.

Following a visit to the Ansell showroom, St. Helens based 3D Electrical Supplies worked closely with the Kirkfield Hotel to select the optimum luminaire for this application.

The Beam LED met all the requirements and as such, the exterior of The Kirkfield Hotel is now illuminated using the Beam LED luminaire.

A compact and powerful die-cast aluminium wall light, the Beam fitting is ideally suited for both residential and hospitality applications, in having a dual-purpose design feature, allowing installation as either a canopy-based downlight or, as in this case, a feature upward light. Manufactured from marine grade stainless steel, with a black finish, this non-dimmable fitting has a power consumption of just 20 Watts and in 4000K Coolwhite, as well as a lifetime to L70 of 70,000 hours, means that this solution will be in place, providing optimum illumination for the hotel over years to come.
