Product Warranty

On-site Warranty and Registration

Ansell Lighting offers an on-site warranty of up to three years on a wide range of products.

Registration is easy and can be completed by the electrician or end user within 90 days of the product being purchased. To ensure your products are covered by our on-site warranty, you must register them via our online registration form within 90 days of purchase.

You will need proof of purchase from wholesaler and site postal address. In the event of covered defect or malfunction Ansell will provide on-site repair or replacement service at no additional cost – terms and conditions apply click here.

Standard Product Warranty

Ansell Lighting offers standard warranty across all its products which varied between three and seven years. You can see the product warranty on your product packaging or via the product page on this website. This gives you piece of mind that in the unlikely event something were to go wrong, we will replace the faulty product.

Batteries used in products, such as emergency lighting, have their own warranty period and this can also be found on the product packaging or again on the associated product page.
