On Site Survey Service

Our expert electricians provide on-site support at every stage—before, during, and after installation. We help contractors plan effectively, solve problems in real time, and ensure work is safe and compliant. Close coordination with our Lighting Design team keeps projects on track and aligned. Contractors can be confident in a smooth, high-quality result from start to finish.

Warehouse and Stock Holding

With over 500,000 products in stock and 99% availability, we deliver quickly and consistently. Our expanded Warrington and Belfast warehouses, supported by a new management system, allow us to offer next-day delivery and same-day collection—keeping projects moving with no delays.

Streamlined Deliveries

Pallets arrive clearly labelled with room destinations, datasheets, and install guides—making jobs faster and more organised. We work closely with wholesalers to ensure reliable, next-day delivery direct to site. The result: greater efficiency, fewer errors, and less time wasted on-site.

On-Site Warranty

We offer up to three years of on-site warranty on selected products. If something goes wrong, we’ll send an Ansell-approved contractor or reimburse your own electrician (subject to terms). Fast, flexible, and designed to keep your projects running without disruption.

Support When You Need It

We understand that projects don’t always run 9 to 5. That’s why we offer out-of-hours technical support to keep things moving—even when challenges arise outside standard working hours.
