Private Residential Back Garden

This particular homeowner decided that it was now time to upgrade the backyard lighting. Gone are the days of energy consuming fluorescent lighting and in are the ones of our energy-saving LED future.

In the past year, our back gardens have become that ever so much more important. Providing us with that much needed outdoor space to relax, socialise and enjoy the fresh air. To further utilise the back garden once night draws in, it’s important to ensure that you have the right lighting installed to illuminate the space.

This homeowner achieved this and so much more with a selection of our LED solutions.

The first product in focus is our stunning Gila LED. Situated in numerous sections of the garden, the Gila is a modern bollard with die-cast aluminium body and a powder coated anodized graphite paint finish for enhanced durability. The Gila never looks out of place in any garden.

Innovation is at the core of our DNA, and we infuse all our products with it. The Gila features innovative bi-directional light distribution. It has an equivalent performance to 26W PLC and comes with an IP66 loop-in, loop-out connection joint allowing for hassle free ease of installation.

Our Flora GU10 LED Dual Purpose Spotlight were also installed in and around the decking area.

The Flora is a dual purpose garden spotlight supplied with wall mounting bracket and spike. It’s polycarbonate construction makes it suitable for coastal areas and is manufactured from 100% recyclable materials. Which we a very proud of. It also comes pre-wired with 2 metres of rubber insulated cable.

The Pavia Solar LED is an ultra-modern die-cast solar powered aluminium LED bollard with a graphite textured powder coat paint finish. It comes with a PIR motion sensor as standard.

The Pavia is well known for its visual appeal, but it’s a product jam packed with features. Some of them include:

• Automatic day/night mode switching.

Two operation modes:

• 1) 15% output after sunset, motion detected 100% output, no motion 15% for 20 hours
• 2) Motion detected 100% output, no motion off. Graphite textured powder coat paint finish.

The Pavia is an awesome LED solution that is perfect for gardens.

Installed into the ground was our Subra LED Inground Uplight. It’s a small recessed LED marker ground light perfect for a variety of internal and external applications. It features a 316L stainless steel bezel and housing and comes pre-wired with 2 metres of rubber insulated cable. The Subra is submersible to a depth of up to 2 metres and has an LED lifespan L70 56,000 hours.

This project showcases how homeowners can truly get the best out of our extensive product range.

Each product not only met the lighting requirements, they blended seamlessly into the overall aesthetic of the garden which was made possible by our perfect product blend of form and function.
