The Brief

When Ansell’s own headquarters meeting room came up for a lighting upgrade, the requirement was clear: a ceiling solution that adapts to any scenario, delivers glare-free comfort across the table, and sits neatly into the existing suspended T-grid ceiling. With visitors and customers regularly passing through, it also needed to work as a live demonstration of what good commercial lighting looks like in practice.

The Solution

Its three selectable colour temperatures — 3000K for relaxed client conversations, 4000K for focused working, and 6500K for an energising daylight tone — mean the room can be tuned to the task without any rewiring. Paired with OCTO smart dimming, light levels adjust wirelessly via app in seconds: fully bright for presentations, pulled back for video calls. No wall switches, no fuss.

Visual comfort is taken care of by the Quadro’s UGR<19 rating, delivering even, glare-free light across the table throughout the day. Four power outputs in a single SKU simplified procurement and installation, with push-fit terminals making fitting into the T-grid ceiling straightforward. Compatibility with the self-test panel pod and sensor pod rounds out a specification that doubles as a live product demonstration for every visitor who walks through the door.

The Result
