The Southport Flower Show – Southport

The Southport Flower Show is the UK’s largest independent flower display attracting over 50,000 visitors every year, featuring stunning show gardens, the finest flower and vegetable displays and specialist foods.

Ansell products were installed within an award winning garden display at the show earlier this year. The garden, created by Kirman Landscapes on behalf of C&W Berry, collected a staggering five awards including Best Large Show Garden, Best Large Outside Garden and the prestigious Best In Show.

Illumination performance was a key factor to create maximum impact and a suitably dramatic lit environment achieved with a combination of garden spotlights to create this desired effect.

The Meteor adjustable LED spotlight, suitable for submersing to a depth of up to 3 metres was used to highlight the centre point of the garden, illuminating an olive tree estimated to be 600-800 years old. The display effect was complimented by the Flora and Mirage LED garden spike lights which were installed to illuminate and highlight the various key garden features.
